Exhibitor setup: 8am – 8.45am
Marketplace opens: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Drinks & nibbles served: from 5:00 PM
Note: There are no competing panels during marketplace hours — we anticipate strong foot traffic.
Marketplace open: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Lunch served in marketplace: approximately 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
Tear-down: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Shipping Reminder:
Exhibitors are responsible for their own shipping. The hotel has strict policies: materials must not be shipped to FootageFest. Instead, ship under your company name and the name of the individual staying at the hotel.
There is valet parking at the Hotel. The rate is $25 per day per vehicle. Alternatively there is a public car park literally opposite the hotel at Mother’s Beach.
